Baselworld 2011, among a number of other high-tech and classy timepiece, the Swiss watchmaker also presented its new collection of diving watches: a three-event handler, a chronograph and a GMT. Although they position the chrono as a flagship of the series, the new shows diving Perrelet each GMT seems to be the most interesting (or at least, the most useful) among them. Why is lying on the surface: the three-event handler is banal and the chronograph is unnecessary (of least, under water,) while the ability to present in a different city across the Atlantic (or Pacific) seems to be quite nice to have. Of course, you can always check current time with your smartphone (or even with your dumb phone), but only an old school bracelet allows you to almost instantly, without reaching for the gadget in your pocket or (as is almost always the case with yours truly) enter to it in another room.

  • I really like this product and would be 100% happy with it if it had arrived intact. The top shelf has two small pieces of wood that it rests on in the front. Both had come loose in shipping and I needed to glue it back together.
